The space is designed for evening food service, after-dinner lounge capabilities, and dancing for clients who wish to stay till closing. Tonight would’ve been “Opening Night” at Lit! For the last 10 years, we kick off the school year on this Sunday. Just as all of you are usually filled with excitement and joy to start school and pickup where you left off with friends, we are usually filled with inexplainable excitement to see all of you! We hope and pray to get another shot at seeing all of you at Lit once more. Welcome Class of 2024!
Class of 2021, if we don’t get to celebrate with you at Lit Amherst, we always have Litmas to look forward to ❤️

It is with heaviest of hearts that we inform you all of the passing of our beloved Mickey. Gregory Mickey Carr was the heart and soul of Lit and this place will never be the same without him. He will forever be in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with his beautiful family.
