My morning shake. Our peanut cookie protein powder, chocolate shake powder, a banana, 1% milk and our prolessa duo.

Banana chobani zero sugar vanilla yogurt, bare naked granola and fat free whipped cream.

My breakfast this morning. Two eggs on a small bagel, a slice of cheese, some avocado and hot sauce. For those of you that know me, then u know I don't like avocado. It's a texture thing. But with hot sauce, it's not so bad. Pumpkin spice chai coffee and a banana.

Got a HUGE party at work tonight. So I have my Loaded Tea on hand so I have the energy to get thru it. And burning more calories while running around the venue.

My Loaded Tea kits consist of a packet each of our tea concentrate, NRG tea a powdered drink mix(today I used lemonade in mine but they come in all different flavors depending on your preference) aloe and liftoff. Today's liftoff is tropical fruit force.

Watching and enjoying my shake. peanut cookie protein mix pumpkin spice coffee and chocolate almond milk.

My dinner last night buffalo cauliflower bites.
My breakfast this morning egg on an English muffin a slice of cheese Cajun seasoning and hot sauce. Trying to eat healthier.

Got my Loaded Tea in today. Gives me energy and helps me burn calories. Also tastes delicious.

Got my energy tea on this long day at work.

I made this last night after I got home from work. It was so good. It's a take on the Starbucks Jack Skellington frappuccino. Pumpkin spice coffee and zero sugar pumpkin spice creamer. Espresso shot herbalife Chai packet and truvia vanilla.
