Congratulations to Ronan of our White Group! 🦈

Ronan had an outstanding month, demonstrating incredible commitment with a perfect 100% attendance record. Despite being one of our younger TigerSharks, he continues to lead by example both in and out of the pool. This month, Ronan showed tremendous courage by competing in both Long Course meets and embracing the challenges of racing in an Olympic-sized pool.

Since joining the team last fall, Ronan has become a positive leader within the White Group, always welcoming and encouraging new swimmers. His support for his teammates helps create the positive, family-oriented culture that makes the TigerSharks special.

🏊‍♂️🦈Male Swimmer of the Month – Joey 🟠🟠(Orange Group)🟠🟠
Joe has also had a phenomenal start to the Long Course season and continues to embody the core values of the TigerSharks program. Joe achieved 100% attendance with the Orange group and has gone above and beyond by beginning the transition into the Teal group, giving him attendance well over 100% when combining both practice groups. His consistency and dedication are a tremendous example of Commitment and Passion for the sport. Joe has been a longtime member of the TigerSharks, and throughout the years he has continually displayed Conscientiousness in practice through his willingness to learn, accept coaching, and challenge himself daily. His growth as a swimmer is a direct reflection of his Resilience and Courage to continue striving to become the best version of himself. Joe’s positive attitude and strong work ethic continue to make him a fantastic role model for his teammates.
