Every year I say there will be a new me, but that never happens 🙈.

So instead of trying to be someone new, im going to focus on how can I make myself better! 💫

This year there will be no resolutions and while I haven’t quite figured out what my word or goals exactly are- I’m giving myself January to do that!- I’m going to aim to improve one part of my business and personal life. It’s going to be baby steps but I’m willing to commit to the small changes.

What does a productive self-care day looks like to you?

Sometimes self-care looks like you sitting in the quiet for 3 minutes, washing your hair, doing a face mask or just sipping a warm cup of coffee 😌. ⠀

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or hard to do… start with something that you can easily include into your routine and that you can maintain at least once a week 💖. ⠀

But whatever it is you decide to do… take the time for you! 💫

Last month I was guilty of letting the screen time take over my life. Between working on my device and binge watching I had more screen time than I would like to admit 🙈.

Too much TV meant way less reading, and while I’m not getting too hung up on not meeting my reading goal, it does bother me that I didn’t work on balancing the two.

For March, I’m committing to finding a balance between screen time and reading, not only for myself but also with Rodrigo at bedtime.
