I am excited and grateful for this year's allocations by the Amherst Cultural Council and the diverse and extensive list of 63 (!) recipients who have been awarded funding. Once again, the time and efforts of the Council’s volunteer members, led by co-chairs Matt Holloway and Julianne Applegate, will result in expanded and enhanced arts and cultural programming in our town and region. The decisions the Council made to distribute the Amherst allocation of $54,822 help to ensure that our community has a variety of programs to enjoy and participate in and directly contribute to the strength and vibrancy of our community.

THANK YOU to the Amherst Cultural Council for your hard work. And thanks to the Mass Cultural Council for overseeing this vital program.
