We're excited to announce our newest President, Jennifer Moran🙌 We're confident Jen will be a fantastic addition to our organization, and we can't wait to see all amazing things she'll help us accomplish. Take a moment to read about Jen below.

Jennifer Moran was diagnosed with stage 4 EGFR-positive NSCLC at age 48. Supported by her high school sweetheart, Kenneth, and their two children, Jennifer looked to the lung cancer community for strength. Finding LUNGSTRONG and connecting with founder Diane Legg was a life-changing milestone. Diane became a close mentor and friend, teaching Jen the true value of community.

Formerly an Ophthalmic Photographer at Tufts Medical Center, Jen still takes her camera everywhere. She beautifully integrates advocacy into her passion by photographing her White Ribbon Project ribbon on her travels, reminding the world that anyone with lungs can get lung cancer. Today, she supports newly diagnosed patients as a GO2 Organization phone buddy. As a dedicated participant in the LUNGSTRONG 5Ks, Jennifer believes the organization is a beacon of hope that funds the critical research necessary to change the future of survival.

We're happy to announce that our 5k event on May 17th raised over $106,000! We're honored to donate this entire amount to Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute where it will be used to aid lung cancer research.

Not only did you help contribute monetarily, but your participation gave hope to those fighting lung cancer and their families, which we think is a pretty incredible way to spend a Sunday. THANK YOU🙌
