Today starts our new leasing year and it’s also moving weekend for our new tenants. We would like to thank everyone who chose to live at one of the properties managed by Total Property Management this year. We look forward to working with all of you! 😀

Turnover week is over! We could not have done it without our amazing vendors! We hire local businesses to paint, clean and clean the carpets. One of our rock star vendor’s is A-1 Carpet Cleaning! They are a family owned company and have been cleaning carpets around Central Iowa for over 2 decades! We call upon A-1 all year. No job is too big or too small. Pictured is when they cleaned our 2 Story apartments at Walnut Ridge this week! Thanks A-1! 😀

In Ames, we have more than 4 seasons. We also have road construction season and U-Haul / Trailer season.. Today is the last day with our current tenants ending their leasing term with us. Some tenants have been with us a few years and some have been with us for numerous. Whether you’re not going far or you’re heading back to your home country; we want to thank you for being part of our TPM Community. We wish you all the best of luck on your new adventure! 😀🚚
