In the last two years, Christian’s been part of a lot of early mornings, dirty jobs, long days, and everything in between. Through all of it, he’s stayed steady and continued to put in the work day after day.

The people around you matter in this line of work, and Christian’s become someone we know we can count on when things need to get done.

Thomas started out with the septic division 9 years ago, and since then he’s helped grow Behle Inc. into something much bigger. Today, he leads our lining division, a part of the company that’s seen huge growth over the last few years,and he’s been a big part of pushing that success forward.

He’s the kind of guy that’s always aiming higher, always pushing for more, and never satisfied with staying in the same place. That drive has helped take the lining division to new levels, and we’re excited to keep building with him leading the way.

Thanks for 9 years of hard work and dedication, Thomas. We appreciate everything you’ve done and everything still ahead.

For the past 5 years (and 3 days), Tim has been a dependable part of the Roto-Rooter team and someone we can count on to get the job done right. His hard work, experience, and commitment have helped keep things moving day in and day out, and we’re grateful to have him on the crew.

Aaron has been a steady part of the Roto-Rooter crew for the past 6 years. He’s not only solid in the field, but also someone who takes the time to teach the new guys (and a homeowner or two). Mentorship like that makes a real difference on a team like ours.
