🐖 HERITAGE PORK IS BACK! 🐖
We’re excited to announce that Prairie Oak Homestead will once again have heritage pork available!
Our Meishan and Idaho Pasture Pig crosses are pasture raised and fed Certified Organic, non-GMO, soy-free custom feed along with fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Providing a wholesome diet for the pigs produces exceptionally tender, tasty, and juicy pork. Meishan pork has a dark red meat but is also intensely micro-marbled with a fat that is lighter, finer, and lower in melting point, resulting in a "melt-in-your-mouth" quality.
