๐ฅ$5/doz. Washed eggs (to be stored in the fridge)
We have been raising our chickens for almost a year now. Never did I think I would love chickens, but I can't seem to get enough of my ladies! The eggs are a great reward too. These chickens are free range, and family loved.

We unfortunately decided to avoid the market today and instead focus on fighting colds the kids have. We all seem to be on the mend, thank God.
We are all still enjoying our microgreens, especially the nutrition they offer during this time of healing.
My salad today is a beautiful sight including radish, sunflower and our newest variety MUSTARD ๐๐คค
Mustard microgreens start off mild followed by a mustard taste and ends spicy.. almost reminiscent of wasabi. I think I've found my new favorite!๐ฑ๐ฟ๐

We got a delivery of seeds today. Well over 50 lbs of seeds and it came in two huge boxes. We're so excited to grow every single one of these seeds for your health benefit.

Amaranth microgreens- the epitome of vegetable confetti๐๐ฑ๐
They've grown a little longer than the other varieties, but they're worth the wait. We are excited to try these.
