Mark your calendars! The 3rd annual GSW Humanities Symposium is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 10, 2023! This conference is open to all college students (from GSW or other universities) doing original research in the Arts & Sciences. We had 31 students present at the Fall '22 conference--and at least 75 people attend overall. Let's see if we can surpass that this year!

"Cuchulain: The Warrior King," a 1980 lithograph by American artist Alice Neel (1900-1984), is one of the artworks on view in "What's SHE Doing?" The McCormack Gallery exhibition features Albany Museum of Art Permanent Collection works that were created by women artists. Today is International Women's Day, and a good time to see these works by these talented artists. The AMA, at 311 Meadowlark Drive, is open 10 am-5 pm and admission is free.
