Saturday, I decorated the windows in this building that my parents own in Downtown Historic Americus, GA. I’ve been told that they are the only African Americans who own in this area. IDK 🤷♀️ Regardless, I’m so proud of them. These flowers are for them, the tenants, and anyone passing by to see. 🌼🌷 Welcome Spring! Happy Easter! Happy Mother’s Day! 😊

Beauty/Barber salon available FOR RENT!
There are 3 hairdresser stations, hair dryers, and 1 sink in this salon space. Cable and WiFi are available, too. We can paint the salon any color of your choice. Can you see your business here?

I’m proud that my parents have owned this location, 107 West Forsyth Street, in Americus, GA since 2008! The building has 2 condos and 3 private beauty/barber salons. (Really, the shop spaces could be used for any type of business!). It’s located on the busiest street in historic downtown Americus, the city that sits on a hill.
One space (13’x27’) is currently available for rent. It will be remodeled soon, but is setup currently as a beauty/barber salon. Please let us know if you’re interested in renting the space. If you refer someone who rents it, you will receive a referral fee!
Note: The space already has salon dryer chairs, hairdresser chairs, and mirrors. Plenty of parking is available adjacent to the building and across the street.
