This green mask is something you can use every week, super hydrating to the skin, and packed with enzymes to get rid of expensive dead skins cells

We all know the easiest way to stay grounded, is by walking on the earth barefoot. Connecting our feet to the earths ground can help you stay present, and remind you of your souls purpose. It’s so easy to lose this in a fast-paced world, where there’s always something to do, and looking into our past or our future. (Did you know that as humans, we are living in the past/future, more than the present?) Staying grounded can help you stay more present, and mindful of your surroundings 🤍

In the winter months, it can be hard to do so. But by adding grounding essential oils like Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Spruce Frankincense can be a good alternative to use, that can give you the same benefits!

Breathing in your Essential Oils ✨

Olfactory System- as a person inhales an essential oil, the molecules of the oil go up into the back of each nostril. There The molecules attach to the receptors. The nerves send the odor information to the olfactory bulb in the brain.
