Just a reminder, we will be closing at 4:00 today, Monday the 22nd.

We were blooming yesterday in class and created some pretty, patriotic wall hangings.

Spell out your love of gardening by creating this sunny bench pillow. This is a great project to learn or enhance your sewing machine fusible applique skills. Add some decorative stitches and learn the machine mock hand stitch. The class is July 21st, 10:00-4:00. Class, Pattern & Kit will be $45. Call the store to register.

Doug's sweet mom passed away this past Sunday morning.
We will be closing at 4:00 on Monday the 22nd to spend time with family and prepare for her service on Tuesday. Kathy and Robbie will be here Tuesday keeping the store open for us.
We are going to miss her so much, but in our faith, we know she is at peace and she is now home with our Heavenly Father.

Bailey has cut some more kits for the very popular Bow Bag. Come get one fast before they're gone again. If you've made one, comment with a picture.

We had such a great class yesterday, the Woven Star Paper Piecing. It takes a minute to get into the rhythm of the steps but once you do, they are so fun and you get sew excited when you complete a block. We have a couple of the Woven Star pads left and a couple of these fun books available. You can make a garden full of paper pieced blocks with it.

If you know of anyone that is just starting on their sewing adventure tell them to stop by the store for all the details. We are limiting the classes to only 8 students and for 17 years and older. We are excited for the opportunity to share the love of sewing with those just beginning.
