Position Title: Chiropractic Office Front Desk Coordinator

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Our busy chiropractic office is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice of our practice.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of medical office software is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
