Position: BBQ Pit Assistant / Crew Member
Schedule: Mainly weekends, with possible weekday events

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn the craft and follow direction
• Comfortable in high-heat, fast-paced environments
• Experience is a bonus—but not required
