Amarillo Micro-Midget Raceway

Amarillo Micro Midget closed the track a few years back and sold the property.
We are working on building a new larger facility. Due to a few set backs it has taken longer than expected. Don'give up on us we are going to finish as soon as possible and welcome everyone to come race with us.

Well it seems that the idea of Amarillo micro being leased and opening this year has some people worried and spreading rumors. To set the record straight. There is an agreement to lease the race track.
With me as busy as I am I don't have the time to devote to the track. I am also planning on racing in Oklahoma city most of the tine this year.
The news has some people worried enough to spread rumors. These are not true. It appears from what I have been hearing that these people are so worried about Amarillo Micro running that there is plans to announce in February that another certain track is going to be running for money. Again rumors started by the same people.
I Will not not be having anything to do with the races or the race program. As I stated I will be racing out of town most of the time.

Starting to add dirt to the track again.

We have had a few different opportunities presented to us for next year's racing season. I am going to try to gather all the information and hold a meeting to present it to everyone and get all the input possible.
I will post the meeting date and time on here and my page along with texts to the people i have numbers for. If you recieve this information please inform everyone you know so we can get everyones input.

We will not be able to race for a couple of weeks until we can get the storm damage repaired.

It appears that some people are spreading rumors again. As much as some people would like Amarillo micro is not closing. We are actually working on building a new track.

As I figured out today I don't have the time to devote to the race track due to reopening an existing business, and opening a new business. So we are considering leasing the race track. Anyone interested should call 806~517~1155

The racetrack is in good shape we need to know how many people want to race tonight

We will be racing this Friday night. I personally will not :/ e racing. It was brought to my attention that the car count is down because some people are afraid they can't compete at Amarillo micro. So I have elected to keep my racing in Oklahoma and Kansas for awhile. All classes are welcome.
