We celebrated Fat Tuesday with a Mardi Gras party, complete with lobster bisque and a King Cake. Mr. Messer found the plastic baby in his slice, so he’s looking forward to good fortune the rest of the year!

Valentines Day came a little early to Bivins Pointe, with an exchange of cards and some delicious treats. Friendships are a treasure, and this Valentines Day we are celebrating the friendships our residents enjoy!

Popcorn is always a favorite treat, especially when it’s topped with flavored sprinkles. Casee offered butter, ranch, or bacon cheddar for those who love savory; for the sweet lovers, how about caramel or kettle corn? Yum yum!

This is just a sampling of the beautiful Valentine centerpieces created by Pam Fogo. Our residents will enjoy these on their tables. Pam, you really spoil us!

This giant crossword puzzle was so much fun! We learned that an apple seed is called a pip, and we got stumped by the Northwest Passage for a bit. But we finally prevailed and completed the puzzle. Whew!

TGIF, it’s time for our monthly happy hour! Our residents enjoyed wine and cheese, along with crackers, olives, and other tasty treats.
