Meet the Shop: John Dearth
This week, we're introducing John Dearth, our Waterjet Operator who has been part of the Midwest Machine team for almost a year.
When it comes to waterjetting, John's favorite projects are the parts that go into our custom-built machines. There's something satisfying about seeing precision-cut components come together and become part of the equipment we design and build every day.
A few quick facts about John:
๐ Favorite Food: Pizza
๐๏ธ Dream Vacation: Hawaii

Whether he's operating the waterjet at work or creating something in his free time, John enjoys bringing ideas to life through hands-on projects. We're glad to have him on the team and appreciate the attention to detail he brings to every part he cuts.
Thanks for all your hard work, John! ๐
The MWM Proportioning Saw allows operators to program exact target weights.
Take the guesswork out of portioning and let our
intelligent portion control system do it for you.
Need to produce multiple steak sizes from a single bone-in primal or the flexibility to switch from short loins to bone-in ribeyes on the fly? No problem. Custom touchscreen recipes include automatically changing from a 24 oz porterhouse to 16 oz. T-bone once medallion reaches target dimension. These easy to navigate recipes, coupled with on-the-fly weight adjustment result in greater flexibility, improved product presentation, reduced giveaway, and more value from every cut.
