Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amarillo, TX. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to manage our front office operations. This is a vital role as you'll be the first impression our customers have of our business.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
Strong clerical skills, including data entry and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive client experience
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
What We Offer
Starting at $14 - $18 hourly based on experience
