It’s that time of year when many people are enrolling in next year’s insurance plans — and unfortunately, scammers know it too.

Be extra cautious with calls, texts, or emails claiming to be from Medicare or insurance providers. Remember:
✅ Medicare will never call you asking for personal information.
✅ Don’t give out personal or financial info over the phone or by text.
✅ Avoid clicking links from unknown senders.
✅ If you’re unsure, talk to a licensed insurance agent in person or ask someone you trust for help.
