This was special ❤️

Leonie and I volunteered at The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Amarillo and made lasagna and banana pudding for the families staying there. After long days at the hospital, having a warm meal ready can bring a small sense of comfort. We are thankful for the work they do for families in our Amarillo community.

After long and stressful days caring for a child at the hospital, worrying about dinner plans should be the last thing on a family’s mind.

At our House, we always strive to have a hot, home-cooked meal ready for our families when they get back every evening.

Thank you so much to Edith Thellmann and her daughter Leonie for volunteering with our meal program to help make this possible!
