Fallout Farms 2020

Today I would like to talk about something near and dear to my heart... wasps.
They are SOOOO important. They are pollinators, and they actually are the sole pollinators for a few things such as orchids and figs.
I know they get a bad wrap for being grumpy, but lets be honest, they are just as important as bees. Many farmers use wasps specifically as pollinators and pest control. Wasps are omnivores, and will eat other bugs including aphids.
I think wasps know I love them. I had 3 come to me last year almost dead. I picked them up, gave them food and water, and let them go. Please use this drawing as a reminder to be kind to them when possible.
