Weekend update
I44 Speedway OKC

Friday
Non wing - Qualified 4th , 1st-4th in Heat ,
3rd-3rd in B , DNS in A-Main,
Steering box was binding up causing the DNS in the A-Main

Winged - Qualified 3rd, 1st-3rd in heat , 3rd-DNF in B-Main , made contact with the wall early and broke steering arm, bent front axle .

Overall was just an off night for driver and crew .

Saturday
Nonwing - Qualified 1st , 4th-1st in Heat , 1st- 8th in A-Main

Winged - Qualified 3rd , 2nd-2nd in Heat , 8th -11th in A-Main

Overall was a much better day, Driver was great . Crew (DAD) missed setup in A-Mains

Taking this weekend off then possibly Dodge City the following weekend .

Friday
Winged 63 Entries , qualified 2nd , 3rd to 4th in a tough heat , 3rd to DNF in B-main , contact with another car caused LF Flat .

Non wing 68 Entries , qualified 3rd in his group , 2nd -2nd in heat race , 1st to 3rd in B-main . Made a couple of mistakes that couldn’t recover from in B , missed A main by 1 spot

Saturday
Winged 61 Entries
Motor hurt during qualifying, ended the night in winged .

Non wing 65 Entries
Qualified 1st in Qualifier, 4th to 3rd in heat . That barely got him straight into the A main Starting 13th . Had a good run finishing of the weekend with a 5th place finish .

This was our first time @ Lil Texas . Track was great and was able to pull off at least 1 good finish against some really good competition.

Doing a motor swap this week and Headed to I-44 Speedway in Oklahoma City , for another 2 day event next weekend .

Night one recap

Non wing 1st in heat .
Started 9th in A Main , fell back to 14th on 1st lap after catching the birm , made it back to 10th .

Winged 3rd in heat , 2nd in b-main .
Started 19th in A , passed a few cars in first few laps them got caught in a wreck . From the back again made it up to 9th and last lap got caught up in another wreck. Scored in at 15th

Overall was a decent first night , hopefully we can do a little better tonight .

Friday 61 entries , 5 to 5 in the heat , 6th to 4 in the B
Saturday 60 entries, 7-6 in the heat and 9 to 3 in the B missing transfer by 1 spot .
Has definetly been a fun 2 nights and both driver and crew made lots of improvements .
