Despite being a smaller gathering for our Father’s Day luncheon, the atmosphere remained vibrant with laughter and good humor. The fathers particularly enjoyed the lunch from Luna’s Restaurant, which was notable for its great taste. We take this opportunity to wish all fathers a Happy Father’s Day.

We took an amazing Galveston Harbor Boat tour to see dolphins and our great beautiful ocean. Afterwards we went and stopped at Luna’s restaurant in Texas city to eat.
Did I mention, we saw several dolphins and the day was nice?! Our tour guide told us stories of Galveston, our infamous Hurricanes, that only we can relate to, he also told us some dolphin interesting facts.

The flood watch remains in effect for most of Southeast Texas through Thursday morning. Stay weather aware and be prepared!

June 2nd fell off the calendar for us! Sorry, but not Sorry! We are having so much fun on our trips, that we got lost for a bit. We popped into a place called FISH AND CHIPS in Kemah. We had such a great time chatting, giggling and eating our great food!

So on June 9th, we took a BRUNCH BUNCH group, to go eat in Pearland at Hash Kitchen. WOW!! Talk about some great food and filling. We couldn’t have asked for a better variety of specialties. I mean just take a peek for yourself! Look at the size of the prepared food.

What an amazing karaoke night on Thursday. We had some great acts and singers. Everyone seemed to have had a good time, we even had audience members doing standing ovations!! We had howls, wolf calls and more.
This group has definitely taken a run with this program and made it their own, they own this stage and I’m so proud of them! Our Karaoke Winner, was Kimberly as Elton John!!
Don’t forget next Thursday, June 11th, is Potluck! Bring your favorite dish and bring a friend, so come join the fun. Hope to see you!
