We successfully completed a kitchen remodel earlier this year with solid cherry cabinets and it turned out amazing. The project involved a complete renovation, starting with the removal of all existing elements down to the studs, and rebuilding from scratch. We installed new electrical systems, adding numerous outlets and lighting fixtures. The bulkhead was eliminated, and wall cabinets were extended to the ceiling, providing the client with increased storage space. We managed and completed all aspects of the remodel, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, painting, trim work, flooring, and other associated tasks. We recently completed a major bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing. The project involved installing a larger tub and removing the existing small vanity, which was replaced with a large double bowl vanity on the opposite side of the bathroom. The bathroom renovation included all-new plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, paint, and trim, as well as numerous other upgrades. I personally work closely with our clients to fully customize each bathroom to their specific needs and preferences.

The customer reported a leak in their tile shower, which led to the discovery that the previous owner had not installed the necessary materials for a tiled shower. To fix the issue, the shower had to be completely torn out and rebuilt with the proper materials. The shower base was also not the correct base and was not installed correctly so we also replaced it with a new one and set it the correct way. On a positive note, the customer was able to select new tile, faucets and add two storage niches, resulting in a shower that is now both beautiful and fully waterproof.

The bathroom remodel involved a complete transformation of the space to meet the customer's needs. The original bathroom featured a corner tub and a small walk-in shower, but the customer desired a more spacious and functional shower area. We constructed a closet in the space previously occupied by the corner tub and installed a water softener system that the customer had but didn't have a place for. Furthermore, we replaced the small walk-in shower with a 60-inch shower, complete with grab bars for added safety. We handled every aspect of the renovation, from the planning stages to the final touches, including electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, flooring, and painting, ensuring a high-quality and stress-free bathroom remodel for the customer. This bathroom underwent a transformation from a tub to a walk-in shower, with additional storage added. We also replaced the vanity, flooring, toilet, trim, and painted the entire bathroom. Video of transformation to follow.

This bathroom needed some updates. We changed out the shower faucet, vanity, toilet, flooring, medicine cabinet and changed out lights fixtures and added a new light in the shower. The ceiling had a texture on it so we smoothed it all out and painted the whole bathroom. It turned out really nice!

So this customer had a bathroom and laundry room that was in the garage but it was not heated. So we built a hallway connecting the two rooms to the house and the whole area is now insulated and heated. The bathroom remodel is in a previous post but had to come back to finish the hallway. We also did a lighting upgrade in the customers finished basement. Took out all the old 24”x48” fluorescent lighting and put in multiple LED canless lights with multiple lighting options and also all the lights can now be dimmed. Another bathroom remodel….. they had a small corner shower beside the toilet that was lifted 6” off the ground because of it being on a concrete floor…. Well we moved things around and redesigned the bathroom and was able to put a full size walk in shower. Bathroom is much more functional now and turned out really nice.
