I am a life and relationship coach and the sole proprietor of Luminous Life Coaching. My services focus on working with individuals, couples, and families to move forward in transitioning and transforming their lives and relationships.
It is a co-creative process in which I provide the tools, insights, and strategies while the individual is accountable for doing the work to obtain and maintain the goals that he or she desires to live a more fulfilling life and / or gratifying relationship.
My specialties are in interpersonal communication, relationships (couples, friends, & familial), Mindfulness, personal growth, transitioning & adjustment issues, spirituality, and parenting.
