Welcome to Upper Alton - Pie-Town, Illinois. Upper Alton is a small historic district located about two miles northeast from Alton's Downtown business district.
The Upper Alton Association is a non-profit organization that is continually working to promote and improve the Upper Alton community through projects, community volunteering and community activities. Admission is $8 and you get to taste soups from all over the area and vote for the best in town! Purchase tickets in advance at Senior Services Plus, Alton CVB, or at Scott Neudecker State Farm Agent office!
Be on the look out, Souper Saturday invitations will be sent out to all area restaurants & businesses soon! The Souper Saturday event gives your business the opportunity to enter a soup in a friendly competition on Saturday, February 7th at Senior Services Plus in Alton.

Celebrate the Season! Join us on December 2, 2012 for the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Upper Alton. Join the Upper Alton Association, government officials, Alton Midle School Carollers and of course the old man himself, Santa to light the trees at the Robert Wadlow Statue.
