French toast, omelette and bacon 🥓

Toast smothered with cheese grits and scrambled eggs 🍳

No idea what to call this. It started out by me trying to use some jalapeños my coworker gave me. I added some ground beef I had in the freezer, cabbage, onions, potatoes and garlic. Then I added some eggs and put some cheese on top. Flipped it over and let the cheese get crispy, topped with green onions and some limited edition Pot O’ Luck hot sauce. It is so delicious!

with . I had some dumplings in the freezer and was in the mood for fire noodles. Cooked both and tossed in half the noodles with shrimp dumplings. Pretty tasty combo.

(Mostly) Patty Melt. Keto bread, beef patties, caramelized onions, fresh jalapeños and cheese. Came together really nice. 👍

Peach, tamarind and habanero bbq sauce and marinade topped with a peach, habanero and lime salsa. Paired with a bean less succotash and basic slaw. Pretty good, but I want to try the same recipe with the planned mango instead of tamarind.

We had Kung Pow Chicken (宫保鸡丁), tomatoes eggs (番茄鸡蛋), some leafy greens with garlic （不知道怎么说), and braised pork belly (红烧肉). All very traditional and common Chinese dishes, but had to be the worst I’ve ever had! I was ashamed to take people to this restaurant. I’ll find the name so you can avoid it…
