According to new Realtor.com data, Miami ranked #1 in the entire country for international home-shopping activity in Q1 2026 โ capturing over 10% of all international views. Orlando came in 4th, and Tampa 5th. Three of the top five. Thatโs Florida dominating the global stage.
And itโs not slowing down. International buyer activity is actually up from pre-pandemic levels.

Canadian buyers alone make up nearly 38% of all international demand on Realtor.com โ and they are heavily focused on Florida:
