Having more inventory available should make decision-making easier.
But in practice, that is not always what happens.
When comparison requires too much effort, context becomes inconsistent, and relevance becomes harder to identify, abundance can begin to work against clarity. What should expand possibility starts creating hesitation instead.
That is one of the quieter contradictions in new construction: more supply does not automatically create a better experience. The difference lies in how clearly the market can move through what exists.
