Source Studio

SOURCE STUDIO provides a unique holistic movement experience through GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Yoga Trapeze®, vélo-kinesis™, and Pilates exercise. We approach these movement systems as somatic practices. We invite you to tap into your mind-body connection to help you observe your internal landscape and to listen to signals your body gives you about areas of discomfort, pain, or imbalance. Implementing this knowledge while moving mindfully will help you on your journey towards self-acceptance, healing, wellness, and fulfilling your potential.

We offer online classes and VOD at https://www.sourcestudioaltadena.com. We offer in-person private sessions in the studio by appointment only. We also offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainings. To schedule, please contact us at [email protected].
