This is pretty incredible to see.

Be honest… how many miles past “low fuel remaining” have you pushed your luck?
Yesterday while out today taking photos for a new rental property we’re insuring when my gas light came on about 10 miles from the property.
I figured I’d just stop at the first gas station I saw…
Then I saw these prices. 😭 $5.97
At that point I seriously considered seeing just how many miles were really left in the tank. 😂
Ended up grabbing a gallon to keep moving until I got back to Alsip.
Keep in mind if this does happen to you, the road side service number is on the back side of your insurance card! Or you can easily request help from the app.
Have a great Friday!
Unfortunately, we are still without power today, though we’re encouraged to see all the updates from ComEd crews working hard throughout the area. Hopefully service will be restored by tomorrow.
Our team is operating remotely again today and is ready to assist with questions, claims guidance, or connecting you with cleanup crews. We were fortunate to find a reliable tarp contractor yesterday, so if you need help protecting your property from further damage, please reach out.
The storm hit close to home for us as well. A tree came down on our building, bringing down high-voltage lines and damaging our HVAC system. Despite the setback, we expect to be back in our Alsip office and fully operational by Monday.
In the meantime, stay safe, be patient with the recovery efforts, and make the most of the sunshine today. We’re here if you need us.

Storms rolled through Alsip and the surrounding communities this afternoon, leaving behind downed trees, power outages, roof damage, and debris in many neighborhoods.
If your home, vehicle, or property was affected, here are a few important steps to take:
🔸Stay away from downed power lines and report them immediately.
🔸Take photos and videos of any damage before beginning cleanup.
🔸Make temporary repairs to prevent further damage if it’s safe to do so.
🔸Keep receipts for emergency expenses and materials.
🔸Document any damaged personal property.
Most importantly, if you’re unsure what to do next, give our office a call. You don’t have to navigate the claims process alone. We’ll help explain your options, answer questions, and point you in the right direction even if you just need advice on the next step.
Alsip's local crews, public works teams, and first responders are already out working hard to restore power and clear debris throughout the area. Thank you to everyone helping our community recover.
Stay safe, Alsip. If you need guidance, we’re here to help.
