December 7th, 6:00am - 2:30pm : 1-day Helicopter Platform Shooting Course! This type of training is typically reserved exclusively for Law Enforcement and Military Professionals.
❗️16 SLOTS AVAILABLE - THIS WILL FILL UP❗️
This course of instruction includes flat range weapons handling and live fire evolutions - both ground and airborne - as well as basic helicopter familiarization and ground training administered by Tier-1 SOF instructors.
Participants, under the direct supervision of the instructor and helicopter pilot, will conduct multiple actual live fire aerial target engagements over a variety of ground targets.
Weight limit of 250lb per person including gear for aircraft weight and balance requirements.
REQUIRED GEAR:
• A zeroed AR platform rifle with 250 Rifle rounds of ammunition.
**There will not be time allotted to zero a gun. Show up prepared to shoot. Do not hold back the class with your failure to plan and follow directions.**
• Non-magnified 1x Red Dot Sight is highly recommended.
• 2-point adjustable Sling
• Rifle-mounted Brass Catcher
• Basic belt (Battle belts are not required)
• Good close-toed shoes or Boots
• Shooting gloves (optional)
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Eye & Ear protection (headset provided for the Flight Portion)
• 3 rifle magazines minimum
• A positive attitude and an open mind
• **NO BODY ARMOR due to weight restrictions**
• For pilot safety, you must have Flash Hider or Blast Regulator device. No open muzzle brakes.

Proper training, solid communication and the ability to follow directions mitigate the risk as much as possible. Understand that by signing up for this class you agree to follow all directions by Pilots, instructors, and other ground personnel. Students will be assessed throughout the training and if they pose a risk to the aircrews, the aircraft, or themselves they will be asked to leave, and refunds will not be issued.

Defensive Shotgun
Shotguns are the most commonly-owned, but least-trained firearm!! This course will cover an in-depth explanation of Combat Shooting vs. Target Shooting, shotgun myths Vs reality. Defensive Shotgun is the first step towards being 100% proficient with a shotgun in any environment, but with specific emphasis on home defense. Our key focus is to give the student the skill set and ability to confidently defend one’s own life or the safety of others without hesitation our doubt. In this course we will cover:
• Weapons safety
• Weapon presentation
• Reloads
• Recoil management
• Acquiring the target under stress
• Accurately engaging targets under stress
• Natural point of aim
• Shot Pattern
• Ammunition Varieties
• Ammunition Capabilities
• Introduction to basic movement
Required Gear:
• Shotgun (Pump or Autoloading)
• Shotgun Shell Carriers (any type)
• Side-Saddle (Recommended)
• Hearing and eye protection,
• long pants, closed toed shoes (no sandals), folding chair, and weather appropriate clothing, hat and sun block.

• 300 bird shot,

Low-Light Combat Pistol + Home Defense
This course will cover how to utilize your pistol with weapon-mounted and handheld flashlights in a home defense environment. This course is suitable for intermediate & advanced shooters, or anyone that has attended our Pistol 1.5 (or equivalent). Our key focus is to give the student the skill set and ability to confidently defend one’s own life, family & home in low-light situations.
In this course we will cover:
• Weapons safety
• Holstering and drawing
• Speed reloads
• Trigger control and follow-through
• Recoil management
• Acquiring the target under stress
• Accurately engaging the target under stress
• Natural point of aim
• Working space and ready position
• Proper Use of Weapon-mounted Light
• Using a handheld flashlight with a handgun
• Introduction to room entry & room clearing
Required Gear: Pistol, 3 - 4 magazines minimum, weapon-mounted light and/or handheld flashlight hearing and eye protection, long pants, closed toed shoes (no sandals), folding chair and weather appropriate clothing.
*WE WILL HAVE LOANER HANDHELD & WEAPON-MOUNTED LIGHTS AVAILABLE*

This pistol course is an intermediate level course designed specifically for your Every-Day Concealed Carry (CCW) pistol load-out. In this course you will learn to cover, move, shoot, and communicate to operate as an effective team with a partner, in an active shooter situation. This course will take you to the next level.
