All-star cheer squads do not cheer for other sports teams - they are the team! These young athletes train year-round for competitions against similar teams divided by age and skill level. All-star cheerleading is a competitive team sport that incorporates skills from gymnastics, dance, stunting and, of course, traditional cheer. These well rounded athletes train and are able to perform all of these skills! All-Star Prep gives these young athletes the experience of all-star competition with limited commitment. Many of our cheerleaders are involved in several other sports and activities throughout the year. Located east of San Diego in Alpine, our focus is on fostering a love for the sport of cheer and creating a family friendly program by encouraging individual achievement as well as team accomplishment. CheerForce All Star Prep teams are a perfect stepping stone for any cheer program and a great way to learn a new sport, make friends and get fit!
