This is some really interesting and useful information. The host of the show is annoying, but listen to what the doctor is saying, because this is very important stuff.
Caffeine at night does more than keep you awake A late cup of coffee does more than add to a night's restlessness.
For today, a funny (but profoundly true) line from legendary basketball coach Pete Carill:
"Wherever fast players go, they get there faster than slow players."
So in conclusion, let's train fast so we can actually be fast.
