ADVISORY TO ALPINE. Beginning Thursday and ending on Friday Alpine Fire Protection District along with Alpine Alpine/Viejas Fire Safe Council will be conducting training at the east end of the community to place in service a new piece of equipment. The addition of the Air Curtain Burner BURN BOSS will allow our community another resource to dispose of large combustible items like trunks, Mexican Fan palms, eucalyptus trees and other green waste materials. SMOKE may be seen in the east. Please note this is training being done.

The runners will be out of Alpine by 7:30 am and traffic will be able to pass sharing 1 lane 🏃 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♂️

There were no projects from the county that require ACPG review this month. Therefore the regular ACPG meeting scheduled for this Thursday May 28, 2026 is cancelled.
