🧘♀️ Qi Gong Chakra Meditation Guide Out Now
Vulnerable share: I was being guided toward surgery and lifelong medication based on probability.
While that model has its place, it wasn’t addressing why my body was reacting in the first place.
When I ran a full thyroid panel, I found elevated antibodies—something my initial labs didn’t even look at.
That gave me direction.
Now my focus is:
• targeted supplementation
• food therapy
• nervous system support
• lifestyle shifts that nurture a healing environment
This is what I mean when I say:
✨ we need both perspective and precision
Not just looking at the body from a higher lens…
but also zooming in and understanding the data.
If you’re feeling stuck, confused, or like you’re only being given one path forward…
there may be more to explore.
Springtime in Traditional Chinese Medicine is ruled by the Liver/Gallbladder, the flavor is sour, the element is wood, and its corresponding emotion is rage. Wind is also correlated with Springtime. 🌬️🍃
If there are imbalances in these organs people will experience things like depression, frequent headaches, red eyes, muscular pain, sciatica and other nerve pains, irritability, mood swings, frequent sighing, muscle twitches, breast and rib side tenderness, dysmenorrhea…a lot can happen when we don’t give the body the care it needs.
Regular excercise, hydration with lemon, mint or lemon balm, acupressure on LV 3 and even going out to connect with trees during this season is highly recommended. 🏃♀️💧🍋
You can mentally connect with a tree of your choice and as you place your feet on its roots or hands on its bark, ask it to help absorb and transmute heavy, negative emotions from you and recycle them into the earth for transmutation. 🌳

Winter isn’t about doing more.
It’s about knowing when not to move.
In TCM, Winter is when you protect essence, fortify defenses, and stop throwing ice into the pot.
Health is strategy.
Those who play the long game don’t push—they position.
👉 Full Winter guide on my Substack
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter = Water + Kidneys + Yin.
That means we warm, nourish, and conserve — not detox, restrict, or shock the system.
Think:
🍲 soups & stews
🍖 lamb & bone marrow
🦐 shrimp
🌰 walnuts & black beans
🌿 ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg
The doctrine of signatures reminds us: Foods that resemble the kidneys nourish the kidneys.
Winter is about warmth, hydration, and deep reserves — not salads and smoothies.
☯️ ✨ Seasonal eating = nervous system regulation + hormonal support + longevity.
