Casper, sired by SHR QTs DiamondCutter, was bred right here at Secret Hills Ranch and purchased by Rhemy as a weanling. Watching this team grow together and achieve success on the world stage is incredibly rewarding for all of us.

Rhemy, thank you for your unwavering support of Secret Hills Ranch over the years. Your dedication to Casper, commitment to your horsemanship, and belief in our breeding program mean more than words can express. There are few things more special than seeing a horse you’ve believed in from the very beginning develop into a World Show finalist and Top Ten competitor.

What a way to kick off the APHA World Show! 🎉

Congratulations to SHR Sotally Tober “Flo” and Kaity Sotomayor on earning a Top Ten World Championship in Senior Reining, finishing 8th in the world! We are incredibly proud of this talented mare and the hard work, dedication, and horsemanship that Kaity brings to her every day. What an accomplishment on the world’s biggest stage!

We also want to give a special shoutout to Matt Sotomayor and Flo. They put together a beautiful run in the Novice Amateur Reining, showing just how talented this mare truly is. Unfortunately, an accidental fifth spin resulted in a 0 score, ending their shot at the placings. That’s the nature of reining sometimes—but the quality of the run and the partnership they showed in the pen did not go unnoticed.

We’re so proud of our SHR team and can’t wait to see what the rest of the World Show brings. Good luck to everyone still competing! ❤️🏆

As the sun sets on our 2026 breeding season, we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

Our final 4 final official collection days will be:
June 22, June 24, June 26, and June 29

After that, we will be transitioning out of the regular season schedule. Collections can still be arranged post-season with mutual planning and advance coordination.

Please note: we will be out of town on a family vacation July 8–18, and no collections will be available during that time.

The season has been full of growth, success, and so many foals we are truly proud of. We are deeply thankful to every customer who trusted us this year, supported our program, and helped make the 2026 season what it has been.

In 2021, SHR QTs DiamondCutter stepped into the APHA World Show and proved that true versatility is about showing up, no matter the class. Reining, Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Rail, Ranch Pleasure, Halter—you name it, he was there and with 3 different riders, too.

What makes me most proud isn’t the titles—it’s the consistency. Through huge, highly competitive classes, Cutter never finished outside the Top 10. Whether he was sliding in the reining pen or cruising through the ranch events, he showed the same heart, talent, and willingness every time he walked through the gate.

This horse has always been the definition of versatility, and today he’s passing those same qualities on to his foals.
