Mother’s Day is a celebration of love, devotion, and dedication. Mona Barnes, you exemplify those qualities and Trevor was blessed to have you for a mom.🧡 Two years ago today you hosted a memorial golf tournament, and the combined funds of TeamTB11 raised over $100k in the five years of its existence. So, in addition to blessing Trevor, you have helped and supported hundreds of teenagers in East County San Diego. You were Granite’s mom during those five years, and we are all grateful. Thank you for demonstrating strength and showing the world that generosity and kindness can blossom from grief. We love you.❤️

As most of you know, we lost our sweet, witty, smart and funny Trevor Daniel Barnes 7 years ago today. Trevor was our entire world. We miss him so very much and we’re haunted by never getting the chance to see what he could have accomplished.

So, whatever sadness you are experiencing in your life, please know our hearts and support go out to you. We are and will always be here to talk, listen or just sit in silence.

Our most important message to you is to pay close attention to the moods, and behavior of your friends and families and react accordingly. And to also treat everyone you meet with kindness; we never know what someone is going through.

Today was TeamTB11’s last Want-One-Get-One event at Granite Hills High School for this school year. Tables were full and the kids were so excited! Thankful for Cori Bertalan’s help, as well as these two students, who wound up donating to TeamTB11 for future events. These events bless us as much as they do the kids.🇺🇸
