Use less clean water for irrigation! These sage bushes were planted on the same day. The large sage is over 20 inches taller and much more full. The difference is the careful placement and calculation of water collected on the residential roof nearest the large sage.
We use as much water that falls naturally on our building sites as possible.

We really love the detail in this entryway! The mahogany front door bathes the area in natural light. The flooring is a wood veneered Acacia throughout the home. Lighting and trim accents finish off the look.

ADA bathroom! We loved how the seat and toilet arms folded away when not in use. The shower has a zero transition to reduce falls and allow for wheelchair access. The ADA great resources for where to place assistance equipment, but always talk with the person that will be using the space.

Master bath retreat! Frameless glass makes the shower feel open and airy next to a cozy soaker tub.

Fresh new project popping out of the desert in Marfa! Views from the mobile laboratory. This owner and architect have great vision for the project. We start by building a carport as the mock-up for the house to come.

Simple vs. complex. This design seems split down the middle; the left being clean and simple, the right with multiple complex lines and angles. Blending textures and colors helps to define the look. 4beds, 3 baths + a game room for comfortable far west Texas.

This project was wonderful to work on! A 6 bed, 4 bath with game room and custom viewing deck off the 2nd floor. Every detail was thought of by the customer for their large family. The exterior is a light grey stucco with stacked stone and a metallic standing seam roof. More details on this one to come!
