Meet Our Newest Consultant, Lucia!
We’re excited to welcome Lucia to the CHRS team! With 25+ years of HR experience, she brings expertise in employee relations, investigations, training, policy development, benefits, and talent acquisition.
On top of that, Lucia is bilingual in Spanish, allowing her to support a diverse client base.
A Portland State University graduate, Lucia now calls Naples, Florida home, where she enjoys the beach, volunteering with the Naples Therapeutic Riding Center, and spending time with family and friends.
