Recovery isn't just for athletes. It's not just for people in pain. It's not just for after a hard workout.
It's for the mom chasing toddlers all day. The professional sitting at a desk for eight hours. The 60-year-old who wants to keep playing pickleball, traveling, and playing with grandkids without things hurting.
Recovery is for every body, at every stage.
That's exactly why we built it into everything we do here at CORE57.
September, you were one to remember.
Thank you to everyone who came to all of our events this month! Special thanks to City of Alpharetta Recreation, Parks, Cultural Services for helping us share our classes with the community.
