SCAM ARTIST WARNING!!!

We're warning everyone in the Alpharetta / Roswell area about a con man named Joshua Adam Boes / Josh Boes. He operates under the business names of All The Fixins, JM Cabinetry, Boes Construction, and Homemade Craving. He claimed he was licensed and insured but was not.

We hired him for a deck and patio project. He didn't start until 5 months after he took our money, even though he said it would be done by Christmas. Used our deposit to buy a car and tried to buy a house. Spent another 5 months barely working and giving excuses for everything. None of his work is safe or to code. None of it is structurally sound. He built a death trap that floods and has live uncovered electrical wires not even made for outside use all over it.

Despite him telling us multiple times he would fix it, we had an electrical fire and water floods into the patio and house. He didn't even build the frame or stairs correctly. The stairs nearly collapsed. The railings are uneven and unsecured. The deck boards aren't attached properly. Half the tile on the outside fell off after it rained. He claimed the town inspector looked at his work and said it was good. All fraud. We have everything on security video.

He lied to us, stole from us, put our family in serious danger, then ran away like the coward he is. He kept pushing for more money while begging other contractors on Facebook to help him because he didn’t know what he was doing. We are currently pursuing him through our attorney and the police. I'm posting this to warn others since he said he was trying to do more work in the area. We also found out afterwards that he has a felony criminal record for theft in Roswell. I've already had three other people he also ripped off contact me within 24 hours of this post. If he did it to you, contact me immediately regarding our legal actions.
