Enjoy a DIY Green Tea Super Antioxidant Smoothie using TeaBuds Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea Powder. We call this the Mind Over Body Matcha Smoothie.

Ingredients
 Coconut water, 1 cup
 Frozen blueberries, 1 cup
 Banana, 1
 Spinach, fresh, ½ cup
 Teabuds Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea, ½ teaspoon
Instructions
 Slice the banana into one-inch pieces.
 Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
 Yields one to two servings.
