In honor of , we're honoring some of Atlanta's top industry stars that we feel deserve some shine! Our final honoree this week is Jessica Keith: Business Development Manager at ABM Industries. She's held this position previously in multiple fields of construction, including working for a general contractor, a specialty trade contractor and a restoration company. This experience has given her insight into all aspects of the industry and has contributed greatly to the industry knowledge that she brings to the table.

Not only is Jessica the Vice President of the NAWIC Atlanta Board, but she is also a founding member of ABC's Young Professionals organization and is active in multiple committees for ABC, BOMA, CREW and IFMA. She has a passion for bringing together like-minded people in the industry to work together and find ways to benefit each other and grow together in their careers.

In honor of , we're honoring some of Atlanta's top industry stars that we feel deserve some shine! Meet Tonya Byrd - Business Development Manager for Gilbane Building Company. Tonya has years of sales and construction industry experience developing influential relationships and delivering strategic value. She is an active volunteer of several industry organizations, including University of West Georgia Foundation (Board of Trustees), Douglas County Education Foundation (Board of Directors), Wellstar Hospital Authority Board (Board Member), Association of General Contractors (National Business Development Forum Steering Committee), CREW, and more importantly NAWIC.

As a self-proclaimed foodie, she is passionate about traveling and experiencing different cultures. In her spare time, she also serves as a speaker and life coach, encouraging women to forge their own path authentically and give themselves permission to take up space and never play small.

Her desire to serve on the board is to simply help us all grow collectively and professionally as we move the needle in the construction industry for enhanced opportunities, collaborative, and inclusive participation for all, and ensure a welcomed seat at all tables.
