PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Alpena Public Schools is
accepting SCHOOLS OF CHOICE applications for
non-resident students for all grades under SECTIONS
105 and 105c. Applications will be accepted through
September 4 , 2026. Enrollment documents may be
obtained at the Gordon Administration Building, 2373
Gordon Road, Alpena, Michigan between 9 a.m. and 3
p.m. Monday through Friday or online at
www.alpenaschools.com. Your completed paperwork may be
submitted at the Gordon Administration Building, 2373
Gordon Road, Alpena, Michigan within the application
period. For additional information, call 989-358-5025.

A big thank you to Home Depot for generously donating birdhouses for the students at Hinks! Your support provides our students with a fun, hands-on learning experience while encouraging creativity and an appreciation for nature. We truly appreciate your kindness and community partnership!

Mrs. Oliver’s first graders were hard at it this afternoon. Planting so many veggies for harvesting next school year! Thank you for always using your heart and hands while teaching! You’re one of a kind! ❤️
