I am a pastry chef turned stay-at-home-mom. I make all my goodies completely from scratch. I attended culinary school from 2005-2007.
I have a full culinary degree, but my focus has always been cakes and pastries. I make everything from scratch from the batter, to the fillings, to the frosting (the only pre-made item you will find on my cakes is the fondant). Since I bake out of my home kitchen, I am unable to make cakes for over 100 people. Delivery may be added depending on order size and location.

I've noticed a large increase in people checking out my page recently... HI! You may have seen that I haven't been posting much lately; unfortunately, the pandemic pretty much wiped out my business and it never bounced back. But I am still here ready to bake for people. This would be a great time to get your holiday orders in!
Pumpkin snickerdoodles my daughter and her friend made last weekend... pretty much anytime she has friends over there is some sort of baking project involved. :)
