This one seems counter intuitive! How can it save money to pay for boxes when you can get them for free from the liquor store??​​​​​​​​

Liquor boxes are flimsy and all different sizes. Stacking them in the truck takes extra time and energy to make sure they don't fall or crush things. ​​​​​​​​

Often times liquor boxes are cut open from the top. When they're repacked and taped up, the box will still bend and crush while being picked up. This leaves a high chance for your valuables to break!​​​​​​​​

Moving boxes are designed to be sturdy, and keep their shape while being moved. They're also going to be the same size as other boxes in their size group. This means they can be packed in the truck fast and efficiently, while also keeping your valuables protected. Workers can also carry more items per trip when they're in moving boxes. This will lower the cost you spend on labor!​​​​​​​​

You may think putting all your books into a large box is the easiest solution while packing, but there are a few reasons that's not the case!​​​​​​​​

1. A large box filled with heavy items will be more likely to fall apart while being carried.​​​​​​​​
2. One bin filled with books will take two workers to carry, while the same amount of books can fit in five small boxes that one worker can move with a hand truck!​​​​​​​​
3. If workers are straining to lift large, heavy boxes, they'll be more fatigued when it comes time to lift your heavy dressers.​​​​​​​​
