Thor Power Corporation demonstrates a variable frequency controller/drive (VFC-D) powering a permanent magnet, alternating current (PMAC) power device, in a pump motor application. The VFC-D is a utility patented, third generation, called Trezium; the PMAC is a trade secret, fourth-generation motor/alternator/generator, called Grismir - together, called the Trezium power system.

IYA wind turbine saw off three Nor'easters (otherwise known as bomb cyclones) with a fourth coming this week. IYA truely is the sophisticated lady, producing electricity in both low & high wind - standing up to both! We put an ammeter on her this week as proof of her performance. IYA - a true step toward energy independence!
